JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open for Undergraduate candidates

With at least 2-3 years' experience in customer service in a BPO set up is an advantage

Willing to work fully onsite in Mactan Cebu

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage incoming and outgoing consumer communications through call, email and chat.

Respond professionally on customer inquiries

Identify the needs of the client and provide prompt, efficient solutions.

Work together with internal teams and raise concerns as necessary.

Support the mentoring and onboarding of new team members

Keep up with our company's policies, services, and goods.

When applicable, suggest and upsell pertinent goods and services.

Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
