We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead marketing projects for our dental education brand. You will manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that all campaigns and creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of project management experience (healthcare or dental industry preferred)
  • Experience in dental or healthcare marketing is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of dental practice marketing: website development, SEO, paid ads, content creation, branding, and lead funnels
  • Skilled in project management tools (Asana, , Trello)
  • Strong communication, time-management, and client-relations skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects (websites, email campaigns, paid ads, SEO, content, branding)
  • Act as the main liaison between management and marketing teams
  • Lead project kick-offs, updates, and status meetings
  • Turn department goals into structured project plans
  • Track timelines, resources, budgets, and approvals
  • Ensure all deliverables follow brand standards and company guidelines
  • Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and keep projects on track
  • Support onboarding and project setup for new dental practices
  • Improve internal workflows for better project efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php40,000.00 per month
