DAY TO DAY DUTIES

Supervision of Maintenance Personnel & Mechanic :

  • Assists Engineering Manager in assigning job duties and responsibilities to maintenance personnel.
  • Assists in planning, setting of priority jobs and monitoring of maintenance personnel daily tasks.
  • Processes payroll of maintenance personnel.
  • P.O. issuance.

Company Vehicles :

  • Assists in monitoring and scheduling of repair and preventive maintenance check up of all vehicles.
  • Assists in canvassing & purchasing of spareparts.
  • Keeps record of vehicle maintenance service history & updates it.

Warehouse Equipments & Machines :

  • Assists in monitoring and scheduling of repair and preventive maintenance check up of all equipments & machines.
  • Assists in canvassing & purchasing of spareparts.
  • Keeps record of equipment & machines maintenance service history.
  • In-charge in the monitoring supplies of lubricants, genset fuel, battery water, spareparts supplies & requisitions.

Building Maintenance :

  • Monitoring of on going projects.
  • Canvassing and purchasing of materials.
  • Supervises and follow up repairs on building.
  • Procurement of materials for different warehouse needs.

Rental Equipment :

  • Processing of monthly rental fee of equipment and monitoring of downtime.
  • Reports to rental provider if unit has a problem.

Special Projects :

  • Look for or negotiate with service provider or contractor if project will be done by outside source.
  • Study other options to prevent interruption of operations.
  • Regular inspection of project on site.

Procurement of Parts, Materials and Supplies :

  • Canvass of at least three suppliers per requirements before issuing purchase order.
  • Maintains an inventory record of supplies, in-charged of the ins and out of supplies and replenishment.

Maintenance History :

  • Keeps and regularly updates equipment maintenance and repair expenses history.

Purchase of New Equipment :

  • Assist in canvassing of new equipment if there is a requirement.

Delivery Truck :

  • Handles petty cash and reimbursement.
  • Monitoring of truck expenses.
  • Vehicle registration.
  • Sticker compliance for different areas.
  • Payroll of delivery personnel.
