We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team at the EHLSC in our CDO and Davao Branch.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our client base
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of our services
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals

Proficient in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to use CRM tools effectively

Driven, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
