Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day accounting and tax operations and compliance with different regulatory bodies. You will work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

2. Financial Reporting:Prepares and reviews financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Accounting and Tax Operations: Oversees the daily accounting and tax operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

4. Compliance and Audit:Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and coordinates with different local government bodies and internal and external auditors.

5. Financial Analysis: Conducts financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial decisions, such as investments, funding, or cost savings initiatives.

6.  Process Improvement: Identifies areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Internal Controls: Develops and maintains internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.

8. Financial Modeling: Develops and maintains financial models to support business decisions and forecasting. 9. Communication: Communicates effectively with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, including supervisory experience

  3. Must have strong financial and tax background

4.  With solid analytical and leadership abilities

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  2. Knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
