Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly financial close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial statements and other reporting requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating audits and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
  • Review tax filings and statutory requirements to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Help monitor internal controls and update policies to safeguard company assets.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and collections to support healthy cash flow.
  • Work with vendors and partners to manage payment terms and financial obligations.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team and support their day-to-day activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements in reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management on financial matters and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring team members.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
