Financial Management & Reporting

  1. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis

  2. Ensure timely and accurate management reports for senior management and regional HQ

  3. Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue performance, player payouts, bonuses, operating costs, and margins

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within gaming operations

  3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions

Business & Operations Support

  1. Partner with operations, marketing, and product teams to evaluate promotions, campaigns, and new initiatives

  2. Review cost structures, ROI of marketing spend, and operational efficiency

  3. Support pricing, bonus structures, and payout modeling

Compliance & Controls

  1. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, regulatory requirements, and gaming-related controls

  2. Strengthen internal control processes and support internal/external audits

  3. Coordinate with tax, accounting, and compliance teams on regulatory filings

Team Leadership

  1. Manage and mentor finance analysts and accounting staff

  2. Review team outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality

  3. Improve finance processes, systems, and reporting automation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in online gaming, casino, fintech, or BPO/shared services

  • Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and budgeting

  • Solid understanding of P&L management and cost control

  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a strong advantage

  • Experience working with large datasets and financial systems

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • CPA or equivalent certification is mandatory

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting regional or offshore gaming operations

  • Knowledge of gaming revenue models, player lifecycle, or bonus mechanics

  • SQL or basic data analysis tools experience

  • Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border operations
