Your Role, Your Impact

  • Build and implement community programs and activities that create a positive impact on residents, partner institutions, and the SMDC brand.
  • Ensure programs and initiatives deliver their objectives while staying within approved budgets.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with external stakeholders — SMDC residents, local community members, government partners, NGOs, and media — to strengthen trust and engagement.
  • Act as a key liaison for communities and institutions, ensuring alignment with SMDC's brand values.
  • Represent SMDC as a principal ambassador in community-related initiatives, consistently delivering the company's vision to external stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of special projects

Community-Building Initiatives

  • Organize and implement community programs and special events that support SMDC's vision of building sustainable, resilient, and inclusive communities.
  • Ensure all events are properly promoted, achieve desirable attendance, and are executed according to SMDC's event standards.
  • Ensure photo and video documentation of all activities, in alignment with the company's content development standards.

Special Projects

  • Assist in the development and execution of special projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Track project progress, monitor outcomes, and prepare post-project evaluation reports.

External Relations

  • Represent SMDC in community events, LGU/NGO meetings, and other relevant activities to strengthen external relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong networks with residents, local leaders, NGOs, and media partners to amplify SMDC's community presence.

Communications Support

  • Develop PR plans and social media content to promote community-building efforts.
  • Assist in creating narratives and campaigns that highlight SMDC's role as "The Good Guys" and build a positive corporate image.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Monitor program effectiveness, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on community engagement and special project outcomes.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years proven experience managing corporate or agency social media accounts.
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
  • Additional training or coursework in advertising, event management, public affairs, or writing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in presentation and reporting software (PowerPoint, Canva, Excel).
