Digital World Sales Manager (Data Center & Structured Cabling Infrastructure)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Target Achievement:
    Develop and execute sales strategies within the designated territory. Deeply explore market opportunities to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets and market share goals set by the company.
  2. Product Sales & Promotion:
    Be fully responsible for the sales of the company's full portfolio of data center infrastructure products in the region. Core products include:

  3. Micro / Modular Data Centers

  4. Outdoor/Container Data Centers
  5. UPS and Batteries
  6. Structured Cabling System
  7. DCIM system

  8. Key Account Management:
    Lead the development, relationship maintenance, and in-depth management of key accounts in major industries. Build a stable and high-quality customer cooperation system.

  9. Solution Selling:
    Accurately identify and analyze customer needs. Collaborate with the pre-sales technical team to provide customized, overall data center infrastructure solutions, improving project win rates.
  10. Channel Development & Management:
    Develop, manage, and enable partners within the region, including distributors and system integrators, to build a healthy and win-win channel ecosystem.
  11. Market Intelligence:
    Continuously monitor and analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and industry policies to provide decision support for the company's product and competitive strategies.
  12. Full-Cycle Project Management:
    Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and technical communication to quotation, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection, ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Education:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Industry Experience:
    Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the data center infrastructure field
    (e.g., UPS, precision cooling, micro-modules, DCIM) or mission-critical power products. Must possess deep industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of the technical features, applications, and competitive landscape of Micro Data Centers, Modular Data Centers, Containerized Data Centers, UPS, and Batteries.
    Familiarity with Structured Cabling products is a significant advantage.
  4. Customer Resources:
    Possess extensive existing relationships with end-users (e.g., large enterprises, IDC service providers, government, education) and/or high-quality channel resources within the region, capable of achieving quick business breakthroughs.
  5. Core Competencies:
    Excellent skills in business negotiation, market analysis, project planning, and customer relationship management. Proven ability to independently manage large-scale projects.
  6. Personal Attributes:
    Results-oriented with strong self-motivation and a drive to succeed. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to necessary regional travel.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit. Ability to effectively collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and delivery teams to serve customers.
