QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology or any related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies and pursues sales opportunities, builds and maintains client relationships.
  • Lead, train, and supervise a sales team, ensuring consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
