Role Overview

TheVice President for Service Delivery

oversees OakTech's global service operations, ensuring client engagements are executed effectively, efficiently, and with measurable value. This leadership role combines operational management, strategic planning, and people development across the firm's fintech, automation, and capital markets clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects - from onboarding to implementation and continuous success.
  • Lead and mentor teams of project managers, analysts, and technical consultants.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, SOPs, and delivery playbooks to scale operations.
  • Define and track service KPIs such as utilization, velocity, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain high service standards and escalate critical delivery issues.
  • Ensure alignment between delivery teams and company strategy.
Collaboration and Strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure client objectives are met through integrated solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance service offerings and drive operational scalability.
  • Engage in executive-level communication with clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead internal reviews to continuously improve delivery efficiency and profitability.
What We're Looking For

Experience and Knowledge

  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or service delivery leadership.
  • Proven track record managing remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Deep operational expertise in project management, P&L tracking, and service optimization.
  • Familiarity with

AI-driven workflow tools

and automation technology is a strong plus.
