  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate on Culinary Arts/Cooking, Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management.
  • Trainee specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Position: Culinary Intern / Trainee

Job Description:

As a Culinary Intern or Trainee, you will:

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating in accordance with restaurant or hotel standards.
  • Work under the guidance of executive chefs and culinary mentors in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Rotate through different kitchen stations to gain exposure in hot, cold, pastry, and banquet sections.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Learn international cooking techniques and kitchen management practices.
  • Support the culinary team in ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications:

? Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a Culinary, Hospitality, or related field.

? Passionate about food, culinary arts, and international experience.

? Intermediate English communication skills.

? Open to cultural exchange and committed to completing the full training duration (12 months).

? Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus but not required for internship level.
