Job Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Process the planning techniques via software.
  • Develop an accurate project plan.
  • Produce visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, Oracle Primavera, MS Excel essential tools, Powerpoint, AutoCad and Photoshop.
  • Monitor the progress at different stages of its development, and identifying potential risk and issues, proposing solutions when necessary.
  • Tracking, analyzing the project progress, and adjusting schedules as required.
  • Perform resource allocation and scheduling, estimating costs and resources required for the project.
  • Collaborating with contractors and suppliers as needed, coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of necessary materials.
  • Support the team with detailed information about the project schedules and budget on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least 2 years work experience as Planning Engineer or Construction Software Operator
  • Proficient in using Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent
  • Strong construction background
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to report in Makati City
