Management Accounting Manager

Are you a highly analytical finance professional with a passion for driving business growth? We're looking for a
Management Accounting Manager
to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to senior leadership, providing the financial insights and strategic guidance needed to make critical business decisions. You'll lead the charge in preparing forecasts, budgets, and risk analyses to steer our business toward long-term success.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Strategic Financial Analysis:
    Drive the creation of business cases and in-depth financial analyses for a wide range of business decisions, including new product launches, supply chain initiatives, and investments in financial structures.
  • Enhance Business Intelligence:
    Develop and implement advanced information systems and dashboards to provide management with accurate, readily accessible data for agile decision-making.
  • Support Business Planning:
    Lead the budgeting and long-term financial planning processes for the business unit.
  • Drive Performance Management:
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business performance.
  • Be a Strategic Partner:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, and operations, to offer strategic financial guidance and support.
  • Oversee Key Financial Processes:
    Manage and analyze financial information for internal use, monitor trade investment and overhead budgets, and assist in managing the company's investment portfolio.
  • Mentor and Lead:
    Supervise and guide junior team members.
