  • Responsible for timely and accurate company's monthly cash flow and budget reports.
  • Preparation of bank deposits, updating and safekeeping of bank book.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly collection reports.
  • Monitoring, requisition, and issuance of Official and Provisional Receipts.
  • Maintenance, opening, and updating of bank accounts and signatories.
  • Processing, checking of buyer ledgers and collating of buyer receipts for title transfer and for loan application for HDMF and NHMFC.
  • In charge of check releasing to suppliers, contractors, and others.
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job qualification

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management or any related course.
  • With at least 2-years working experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and good in numbers and logic.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Resourceful and well organized.
  • With sense of urgency.
