  • Monitor production processes to identify non-conformances as well as opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality
  • Prepare and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
  • Conducts process verification and audit based on established standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and potential quality issues.
  • Conducts training and skills development of subordinates.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality deviations.
  • Lead/Perform and support to continous improvement initiatives.
  • Participates and implement the integrated management system activities related to quality, environment, Safety and RBA such as internal audit (either as auditee or auditor).
  • Perform 6S and proper housekeeping
  • Coordinate work functions with co-workers and another organizational department.
  • Follow and implement procedures, policies, company rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for full compliance of all safety protocol.
