  • At least 3 years of significant work experience in Quality Assurance
  • Leads the cross-functional team in the complaint and recall investigation
  • Reviews Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and other GMP documents used in the plant
  • Facilitates the QA Training Curriculum
  • Facilitates mock recall exercises
  • Develop quality assurance plans by conducting risk analyses
  • Management of GMP and PICS compliance, deviation reports and internal quality audit of the plant
  • Responsible in the assessment of CAPA documents
  • Management of technical documents control
