About the role

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our growing team at CPI Management Services' Bridgetowne site in Ugong, Pasig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through non-voice channels, ensuring our clients receive prompt and effective assistance.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our customer service operations

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice environment
