Key Account Manager - Your future position?
As Key Account Manager, the purpose of this role is to contribute to the global growth of the account by providing outstanding service to the client, clear and timely communication -internally and externally- and contributing to the global account strategy by preparing and executing a strategic account plan for the region that focuses on effectively and efficiently maintaining current business and attacking new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate professional relationships with all levels of Key Decision Makers and influential client contacts through presentations, regular meetings, calls and appropriate entertainment.
- Know the account, its people, products, operations and market environment with its trends, and dynamics in which it competes.
- Know clients' brand strategies, positioning, strengths & weaknesses.
- Leverage Givaudan resources to create commercial opportunities within the client-working model.
- Identify opportunities and prepare, plan, coordinate and deliver regional creative initiatives such as fragrance development, concept proposals, market-portfolio & gap analysis, new launches, consumer insight and trends.
- Establish growth strategy / business plan for region and necessary initiatives to achieve / exceed growth expectations. Identify the best model for success. Link these initiatives with other regional / global initiatives and where required, support global initiatives that utilize APAC regional resources.
- Follow KPIs versus targets (sales, gross profit, win rate) and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget etc. for key accounts.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor degree required , MBA desirable with ideally more than 6 years' experience in the industry and at least 4 years in sales
- Fluency in English mandatory, additional language(s) an asset.
- Extensive knowledge of the fragrance industry through previous experiences ideally in sales and marketing
- Key technical skills required: project management; commercial skill; strategic business management
