Bachelor's Degree preferably ECE Graduates with experience in FTTH/FTTx

(1) Candidates should have experience in surveying and designing S0P within the telecommunications industry(preference will be given to those with Globe FTTX experience);(2) Familiarity with FTTx materials and specifications, FTIx standards, as well as overhead and undergroundtechnologies, is required;(3) Demonstrated extensive project management experience, including team leadership, prompt response capability, and strong adaptability;(4) Experience in project coordination, client communication, and problem-solving during implementation isessential;(5) Possess strong stress tolerance, the ability to respond promptly to project team requirements, and willingness towork overtime when necessary.

  • Monitor RTA Progress and Daily Updates

  • Delegate task to the Team

  • Resolve Issues on RTA

  • Develop action plans and strategies

  • Meeting with internal and external stakeholders

  • BOM/BOQ Creation

  • Ensure Quality on Design and RTA
