Job Description

The Graphic Design Supervisor oversees the creative team responsible for producing high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms. This role involves conceptualizing designs, managing projects from start to finish, ensuring brand consistency, and guiding a team of designers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and multimedia artists.
  • Plan, assign, and review design projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain brand identity across all visual materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry standards.
  • Present creative concepts to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs meet technical specifications for print and digital use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design(Packaging and Product Design) with at least 1–2 years in a Supervisory or lead role.
  • With exposure in Research and Product Development preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge in AI (videos and moving images)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • A well-curated portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and digital design best practices is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
