We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Assistant (Payroll) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with government regulations, and support for other accounting and administrative tasks. This position is best suited for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on payroll experience and a strong understanding of payroll procedures and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, timekeeping data, and other payroll information.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions before payroll computation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
  • Generate payroll reports and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of government remittances, tax filings, and reports.
  • Support month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting support.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, taxation, and statutory benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with payroll software or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
