Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to support the daily operations of our Finance Department for a 3-month project-based assignment. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates, though candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The role primarily involves bookkeeping and assisting in the daily financial operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
  • Support the Finance Department in daily operational activities, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other ad hoc financial documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday and able to start immediately.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
