The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist with the preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports
  • Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
  • Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries.
  • Assisting in the coordination of internal and external audits. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Gathering and organizing expense records and supporting documentation necessary for tax preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Accounting is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Willingness to be assigned in Las Pinas City.
