We are looking for a Network Administrator Lead to oversee our network infrastructure operations and guide a team of network administrators in ensuring stable and secure connectivity across our environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of network management, and the ability to drive process improvements through effective documentation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of network administrators in daily operations and projects.
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Utilize NMS (Network Management Systems) tools to proactively identify and resolve network issues.
  • Handle and prioritize support requests through ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues involving routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network changes and upgrades.
  • Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration records.
  • Ensure adherence to network security standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in network administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
  • Familiarity with NMS tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) and ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
