We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure & Operations Specialist to maintain and enhance our technology environment. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure that our servers, networks, and cloud systems run securely and efficiently while supporting the organization's technology needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, maintain, and support servers, network devices, and cloud systems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure network availability and security.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide support for Help Desk escalations.
  • Perform system updates, backups, and security patches.
  • Document systems, configurations, and procedures clearly.
  • Participate in IT projects, implementing new technologies and improvements

Qualifications

Education:

● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field, or equivalent

Experience / Knowledge:

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in an infrastructure support or systems administration role.

● Proven experience with:

● Windows Server OS and Active Directory.

● Core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

● Virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).

● Google applications

● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Skills and Attributes:

● Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Google cloud / Microsoft Certified:

● Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+/Server+, VMware VCP, CCNA).

● Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

● Experience with scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).

● Knowledge of ITIL framework foundations.

● Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
