Accounts Payable Officer Job Description:

  • Process and verify incoming invoices and expense reports.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices, maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account's payable activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues.
  • Monitor and improve accounts payable processes for efficiency.

General Accounting Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2+experience in accounts payable or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Understanding of mathematics accounting and financial processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Average time to approve
  • Invoices processed per year
  • Top payments Method

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
