Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations across multiple plants to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production.
  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company growth and innovation goals.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, productivity, and cost management.
  • Manage supply chain integration, inventory optimization, and production planning to meet demand.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, teamwork, and accountability among plant leadership and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, food safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Finance to support product innovation and market responsiveness.
  • Drive capital investment planning, technology upgrades, and capacity expansion projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Solid experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Relevant experience in cake, bakery, or similar baked goods manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in multi-site operations, process optimization, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and people management skills.
