Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead TikTok Shop strategy, livestreaming operations, and affiliate programs
  • Identify and onboard TikTok-native brands across key verticals such as beauty, fashion, and lifestyle
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Oversee affiliate initiatives across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and partner networks
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., GMV, retention, conversion rates)
  • Build systems and workflows for scalable livestreaming and creator-led commerce
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, logistics, and marketing teams to align strategies
  • Maintain strong platform relationships and stay updated on emerging trends and tools
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy
  • Proven track record in TikTok Shop, livestreaming, or affiliate marketing
  • Familiarity with marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Experience in content agencies, MCNs, or commerce enablement firms is a plus
  • Strong leadership, project management, and data interpretation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
