Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end supplier contract process, including review, negotiation, signing, filing, and follow-up.
  2. Regularly check contract execution to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and risk control requirements.
  3. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and related departments to resolve issues or disputes arising during contract execution.
  4. Handle supplier onboarding, evaluation, and relationship management to support long-term strategic partnerships.
  5. Work closely with the Technical Department based on business needs, taking charge of procurement related to IT systems, hardware, software, cloud services, and technical outsourcing.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; relevant majors preferred.
  2. Experience in contract management, procurement, or business negotiation; prior exposure to technical (IT/system/cloud services) procurement is an advantage.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  4. Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  5. Logical and analytical mindset with solid data analysis capabilities.
  6. Strong sense of time management and good organizational skills.
  7. Detail-oriented, result-driven, and able to work under pressure
