We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at EasyFood Restaurants Corp. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and motivating a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience
  • Ensuring efficient and effective restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training
  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Liaising with customers to address any concerns and ensure their satisfaction
