  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency during peak hours.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support staff in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
  • Help train new employees on service standards, food safety, and company policies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance and controlling expenses.
  • Help manage inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce wastage.
  • Support in preparing daily reports, cash handling, and budget monitoring.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
