JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high-quality dining experience, manage staff effectively, maintain budgetary controls, and uphold health and safety standards. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence and delivering top-tier customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily restaurant functions.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff, including servers, cooks, and support personnel.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies or promotions to increase revenue.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as local licensing regulations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through coaching and performance management.
  • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools).
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and labor laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
