Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Production

· Assist in cutting vegetables, grilling, sautéing, and packaging.

· Support production of pasta, pastries, and other commissary items.

· Follow proper hygiene and food safety practices at all times.

· Assist in beverage preparation when there is no scheduled kitchen duty.

Inventory & Stock Management

· Check pasta freezer temperature (must be -18°C).

· Clean and organize storage areas, fridges, and freezers.

· Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method when storing food.

· Monitor ingredients and report items close to expiration.

· Record all received and dispatched items accurately.

· Participate in stock-taking and monthly full inventory.

Dispatch & Delivery Support

· Prepare pasta and pastry orders per branch with proper labeling, counting, and dating.

· Assist in dispatching and preparing items for delivery.

· Help with loading, unloading, and arranging supplies.

Cleaning & Sanitation

· Clean and wash all equipment after production, allow to air dry, and arrange properly.

· Wash rags and mop the floor after operations.

· Scrub and clean stoves, sinks, and other kitchen equipment.

· Sanitize workspaces and maintain order in commissary areas.

· Dispose of rubbish properly; wash bins daily; assist in garbage collection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
