About the role
As a Multi Skilled Technician / Maintenance Technician at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.', you will be responsible for providing essential maintenance and technical support services to our client's facility in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila or Makati City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property.
What you'll be doing
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various building systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential problems to address them proactively
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Provide on-call support and respond to emergency situations as needed
What we're looking for
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in a related field, such as electrical, mechanical, or HVAC
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician or maintenance technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues
- Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and the facilities management team
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
