Job Purpose:
The Loan Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of loan applications, ensuring each submission progresses smoothly through the lender's internal processes. This role requires a strong focus on compliance, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high levels of client satisfaction. The Loan Processor works collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet defined service levels and maintain operational efficiency. Additional administrative or operational tasks may be assigned as needed to support the broader lending function.
- Loan and Escrow Processing
- Handle various types of escrow drawdowns including supplier, commercial loans, sale & leaseback, and structured finance
- Generate and review loan documentation such as chattel mortgages and overdraft agreements
- Process payment confirmations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Customer and Deal Set-Up
- Conduct opportunity set-ups including compliance checks and required searches
- Verify supplier details and validate supporting documentation for loan processing
- Payout and Servicing Support
- Prepare payout letters, statements, and amortisation schedules
- Respond to requests for payout figures and loan statements
- Manage overdraft drawdowns and discharges in accordance with lending policies
- Document and Data Management
- Redact Tax File Numbers (TFNs) from financial documents to ensure privacy compliance
- Register and manage PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) data including discharges and extensions
- Load and maintain PPSR records within internal systems such as Fiscal
- Valuations and Order Handling
- Manage valuation orders and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with valuation providers and ensure timely delivery of reports
- Loan Application Processing
- Structure and prepare complete loan applications for assessment
- Perform serviceability and affordability calculations based on lender criteria
- Accurately lodge loan applications into internal systems for residential lending
- Utilize loan processing platforms and CRM tools efficiently to manage customer data and application status.
- Post-Approval to Settlement Coordination
- Monitor loan progress from unconditional approval through to settlement
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as banks, legal representatives, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth and timely settlements
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in loan processing, loan administration, or financial services
- Experience working with residential loan products and documentation is an advantage
- Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM platforms used in lending operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and financial software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for serviceability and affordability assessments
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a results-driven environment
- Knowledge of lending guidelines, compliance requirements, and property valuation processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
