DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of loan documents prior to release of proceeds. Confirming loan terms and conditions with borrowers. Processing the loan with correct details with the loan processors. Coordinating with the loan processor about the loan details of borrowers. Ensuring that all loan conditions are met and releasing funds in accordance with the loan agreement. Ensuring that loan computations are correct. Thoroughly discussing each contract/ guidelines to borrowers prior to release of proceeds. Monitoring of pending loan documents of borrowers in compliance with the law. Ensuring compliance with loan terms and conditions. Ensuring funds are released to borrowers in a timely manner. Transmitting of complete original loan documents in a timely and correct manner. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Graduate of any four-year business-related course Complete knowledge of loan processing. Understanding of loan terms and conditions. Ability to accurately verify loan documents.
