Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage centralized learning programs, including:

  • New Employee Onboarding (NEO/Probe Induction)

  • New Client Implementation Training

  • Skills Development Sessions

  • Facilitate engaging NEO sessions on company culture, policies, and values.

  • Train and certify internal Trainers to deliver NEO sessions across sites.
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and develop or update training materials.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and post-training evaluations to assess effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to data privacy and workplace safety standards.
  • Support ongoing L&D initiatives and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning culture.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer.
  • Good oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City on a day shift schedule.
  • Open to occasional business travel as required.
