Key Responsibilities

Market and Lead Research:

  • Conduct desktop research to create a comprehensive list of potential recruitment agencies.

  • Perform due diligence by researching public posts, reviews, and news to identify any negative reputation or red flags associated with target agencies.

  • Find and verify accurate contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, and specific Points of Contact (POCs)) for identified agencies.

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Execute initial outbound calls to agencies to introduce the licensing product and identify the correct decision-maker or POC.

  • Qualify leads by probing for current needs, pain points, and potential interest in the product offering.

  • Successfully set up initial meetings or introductory calls between qualified agencies and the senior manager.

  • Conduct in-person visits to agencies that cannot be effectively reached or qualified through phone or email.

Administrative and Support:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact by answering incoming calls from applicants responding to agency endorsements.

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers with real-time information on agency-endorsed applicant progress.

  • Perform internal coordination with relevant teams (e.g., Licensing Team, Finance and Operations) to ensure smooth processing and tracking of applicant data.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the BD Manager on other product offerings and special projects as needed.

Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
