About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our creative team at RLI Crafts and Furniture Inc.' in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the interior design and furniture design efforts for our prestigious projects across the region. Your exceptional design skills and strategic vision will be crucial in shaping the aesthetics and functionality of our clients' spaces.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualise and design innovative interior spaces that seamlessly integrate furniture and decor
  2. Lead the furniture design process, from ideation to prototyping and final production
  3. Collaborate closely with the construction and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
  4. Conduct site visits, analyse client requirements, and develop comprehensive design solutions
  5. Create detailed design plans, technical drawings, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate your ideas
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry
  7. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience as a Senior Architect, with a strong focus on interior design and furniture design
  2. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  3. Excellent command of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Proven track record in delivering high-quality, visually stunning design solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
  5. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design concepts
  7. Passion for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces and furniture
