Your role typically involves overseeing and directing the strategic planning, operations, and financial performance of the BPO division within a company. Here are some common responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
• Managing the overall performance of the Wealth Investment and Asset Management division, including client satisfaction, quality assurance, and cost management.
• Leading and supervising a team of managers and professionals to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and recommending strategies to expand the Wealth Investment and Asset Management services.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the BPO division.
• Overall, as a Senior Manager of Wealth Investment and Asset Management, your role is crucial in driving the growth and success of the BPO division within an organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College graduate
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is often preferred.
• Extensive experience in Wealth Investment, Asset Management, Fund Servicing, Fund Accounting, Risk & Compliance, Equity Fund, Unit Trust Pricing, Client Services, Financial Portfolio Lifecycle, CSAT standpoint, Stock Market, Investment, Mutual Funds, Products, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
• Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• With experience handling delivery teams
• Must have experience in Contact Centre operations/BPO/ Helpdesk
• With at least 5 yrs+ experience in Project Management
• With at least 3 years of managerial experience.
•solid managerial experience in banking/financial services on a contact centre/BPO setting.
