Role Summary

The Marketing & Social Media Executive plays a vital role in strengthening the company's digital presence and brand visibility. This role focuses on creating, executing, and managing social media content, campaigns, and promotions to support sales and revenue growth. The

Executive will also help bridge communication with the operations team and management to ensure that marketing efforts are well aligned with business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation (preferably in travel, hospitality, or related industries).
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies, spearheading promos, offers, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Skilled in social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe/CapCut a plus.
  • Strong writing, creativity, and content development skills.
  • Good communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Passion for travel and ability to stay updated on trends.
  • Willing to travel or work flexible hours when required.
