The DCX Home-Based BI Developer will play a key role in modernizing and enhancing our client's data analytics ecosystem. You will leverage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to design and deliver robust data models, insightful dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions that empower smarter business decisions.

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights

• Design and implement semantic models in Microsoft Fabric to support self-service analytics and enable intuitive data interrogation.

• Migrate existing data and reporting assets to MS Fabric and Power BI platforms.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and warehouse models ensuring data quality, performance, and consistency.

• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

• Document data models, dashboard logic, and data lineage for transparency and maintainability.

• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable, business-aligned insights.

• Ensure consistent use of visualization best practices and report usability standards.

• Support the BI and Analytics team in troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance tuning.

• Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data engineering tools and techniques.

• Champion innovation by introducing best practices and encouraging a culture of learning and adaptability.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members when needed.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience:

  • 4–5+ years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or data engineering roles.

  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Fabric (required).

  • Proficiency in Power BI for both data visualization and data preparation/system setup — client strongly prefers candidates strong in both areas.

  • Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and Azure BI technologies.

  • PySpark experience is a plus, but not required.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.

  • Familiarity with agile development and software best practices.

  • Ability to create, optimize, and manage semantic models for analytics.

• Position: Home-Based BI Developer

• Salary Range: ₱95,000 – ₱110,000 per month

• Work Setup: Permanent Work-From-Home

• Schedule: U.S. business hours (may vary depending on client needs)
