The Home-Based Senior Full Stack Developer will be an integral part of developing our systems by designing and developing Web APIs and business integration software. A strong background in software development will provide a basis for success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Independently develops solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, creates functional and balanced solutions for business problems by utilizing clean code and appropriate design patterns.

• Strong communication skills to ask questions, seek requirements, and convey knowledge on technical and complex topics.

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analyses, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and integrating existing solutions.

• Clears understanding of system architecture and software design principles/patterns with an emphasis on maximizing usability.

• Protects operations by keeping information confidential and prioritizing the application's security.

• Troubleshoots by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

• Helps the business to implement technology improvements and solutions cost-effectively.

• Accomplishes engineering and organizational mission by completing related goals as needed.

• Demonstrates strong integrity, dependability, attention to detail, and an interest in learning.

• Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or any related field.  

• Experience: At least five years of software development experience, software design principles, and agile methodology.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

• Technical Skills: Strong coding skills in PHP. Must be proficient in Javascript, Jquery, Angular, React, and Restful Web API. Must also be proficient in cloud-based databases and serverless computing like lambda or Azure functions.
  Znode-Specific Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Znode's Admin Console – Ability to navigate the backend, update product catalogs, and manage settings.
  • Product Management – Experience adding, editing, and managing SKUs, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
  • Attribute & Category Management – Understanding of how to configure product attributes, variants, and categories.
  • Content Updates – Ability to update product descriptions and images.
• ​E-commerce & Data Auditing Skills
• Data Import & Export – Experience with bulk uploading products using CSV/XLS files and troubleshooting data import issues.
• Audit & Quality Control – Ability to identify missing/inconsistent product data and perform regular store audits.
• Pricing & Promotions Management – Understanding of how to update pricing structures, discounts, and special offers.
• Order Management – Basic understanding of how orders are processed.
• Technical & Integration Knowledge
• Basic SQL Knowledge – Ability to query product data for reporting and troubleshooting.
• API Experience – Familiarity with Znode APIs for bulk updates or integrations with other systems.
• Soft Skills & Workflow Familiarity
• Attention to Detail – Strong ability to spot inconsistencies in product data.
• Experience with CMS & Digital Assets – Familiarity with managing product images, videos, and documents.

• Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:  Preferably experienced in the software development and/or BPO industry.

• Salary Range: PHP 50,000.00 – PHP 60,000.00
