Are you an organized and client-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences? We're looking for a Home-Based Sales Assistant to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you'll handle backend project management, assist sales executives, and coordinate with suppliers and account managers to ensure seamless order fulfillment. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide customers with product information, including pricing, features, and availability.

• Create proposals, quotes, and sales opportunities for clients.

• Develop presentation formats and compile data for sales presentations.

• Document all order-related activities accurately in various systems.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely order updates and deliveries.

• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound emails daily.

• Provide day-to-day customer service support to clients and vendors.

• Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with sales support and customer service functions.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years in promotional products, customer service, or order management roles.

• Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time (aligned with U.S. hours).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus.

• Industry-Specific Expertise:

  • Experience in the promotional products industry or e-commerce is highly beneficial.

  • Familiarity with promotional industry software (Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) is an advantage.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.

  • Comfortable with basic social media marketing

• Salary Range: Php 45,000

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
