We're seeking a
Learning & Development Specialist – Instructional Designer
to join our internal Technical Training team on a
project-based engagement through December 2026
. This role blends creativity, instructional design expertise, and project management to deliver impactful learning experiences across global teams.

You'll be instrumental in designing and developing high-quality training programs—eLearning, instructor-led, blended formats—that drive performance and engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and gaps
  • Design learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles
  • Develop eLearning modules (Articulate 360), job aids, and multimedia content
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments to measure learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across jurisdictions
  • Manage multiple projects with precision and creativity
  • Maintain and update learning content based on feedback and evolving needs

Your Impact

About You

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in learning design (preferably in accounting, education, or digital tech)
  • Proficient in Articulate 360 and digital pedagogy
  • Skilled in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy)
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Passionate about creating engaging, effective learning experiences
