We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Sales Assistant to support our Sales and FP&A teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in CRM data management, sales dashboard reporting, and pipeline analysis (conversion rates, AOV, LTV). The successful candidate will be highly skilled in Excel and data visualization, with experience in territory reporting, win/loss reviews, and budget tracking. They must be able to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights while staying organized, collaborative, and solutions-driven.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks

  • Data Accuracy: Maintain clean and reliable CRM data; update records daily and flag discrepancies.
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Track leads, conversion rates, AOV, and LTV for real-time visibility.
  • Inventory Tracking: Report on stock levels, highlighting out-of-stock and back-in-stock items.
  • Dashboard Updates: Keep dashboards current with daily sales activity, trends, and forecasts.

Weekly Tasks

  • Lead Management: Input and assign inbound leads in NetSuite.
  • Welcome Gift Uploads: Manage NEO/ANA entries.
  • Activity Tracking: Link sales activities (calls, demos, meetings) with performance outcomes.
  • Team Insights: Deliver weekly data summaries for strategy discussions.
  • Incentive Tracking: Monitor progress, measure results, and recommend improvements.
  • Target Setting: Define lapsed and new customer targets by rep and territory.
  • Weekly Decks: Prepare WAL/Distribution/Body Jewelry slides.

Monthly Tasks

  • Win/Loss Reviews: Analyze monthly results to highlight improvement areas.
  • "We Miss You" Gift Uploads: Manage NEO/ANA/TIL entries.
  • Territory Analysis: Identify regions for focused marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Tracking: Compare monthly sales/spend against set budgets.
  • Cost Evaluation: Measure ROI of promos, incentives, and campaigns.
  • Customer Segmentation: Profile accounts, track habits, flag churn risks, and apply the 80/20 rule.
  • Margin Analysis: Review margins across reps, territories, and product lines.
  • Team Reports: Provide monthly performance roundups by category and opportunity.

Quarterly Tasks

  • Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance reviews by rep, region, brand, and product.
  • Segmentation Update: Refine customer segmentation for targeted strategies.
  • Commission Reports: Calculate and confirm commissions quarterly.

Ad-Hoc

  • Custom Reporting: Deliver on-demand reports and insights for leadership needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support, data analysis, or related role.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite) and Excel.
  • Experienced in sales operations, reporting, and data tracking.
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as AOV, LTV, win/loss, and margin analysis.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
