Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Near Pasig, Philippines

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Packaging

  • Develop commercial and innovative packaging designs aligned with the business strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production team to create intelligent packaging solutions for global customers.
  • Review final assets to ensure layouts, images, and typography are flawless and on brand.
  • Adhere strictly to the brand style guide to maintain accuracy and consistency across all packaging formats.
  • Ensure all designs are visually effective and uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance output and efficiency.

Product

  • Develop commercial and innovative product designs in line with the business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to create intelligent product solutions for global customers.
  • Review samples throughout development to ensure tech packs reflect accurate updates and final products align with brand standards.
  • Follow the brand style guide to ensure accuracy and consistency across all product designs.
  • Deliver visually compelling designs that meet high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Utilize AI and new technologies to optimize design processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Graphic Designer within a product-based brand.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to follow instructions carefully and work independently.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrates a positive attitude.
