Job Title: Graphic Designer (Product & Packaging)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig (One Corporate Centre)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid)

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong product and packaging design experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in visualising concepts, translating ideas into technical drawings, and creating packaging that is both commercially effective and on-brand. You will collaborate closely with our Design, Production, and Online teams to bring global product concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Design

• Develop commercial and innovative packaging aligned with business and brand strategy.
• Create intelligent packaging solutions using CAD drawing, technical drawing, and 3D visualisation.
• Review final packaging assets to ensure flawless layout, imagery, illustration, and typography.
• Maintain consistency by following the brand style guide across all packaging formats.
• Uphold high design standards, accuracy, and visual consistency.
• Leverage AI and new technologies to improve output and efficiency.

Product Design

• Design commercial products aligned with brand vision and global customer needs.
• Produce accurate product visuals using CAD tools, 3D rendering, and technical illustration.
• Collaborate with Design and Production teams to develop product concepts and solutions.
• Review samples throughout development and ensure tech packs are updated accurately.
• Ensure all product designs follow brand style guidelines and reflect brand handwriting.
• Embrace AI and new technologies to streamline workflows.

Online & E-commerce

• Create digital assets for the e-commerce website, marketplaces, EDMs, and paid advertising.
• Produce high-quality visuals to support online and marketing requirements.
• Use AI and emerging tools to enhance efficiency and turnaround time.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer within a product-based brand.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• CAD drawing

• 3D visualisation
• Technical drawing
• Illustration
• Packaging design
• Strong listening skills; able to follow direction and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
