
Customer Service – After Sales

Job description
Respond to clients' calls and online inquiries timely, efficiently and friendly;
Give sufficient, swift and professional support, advice, assistance and answers to clients regarding the company's services and products;
Take the initiative to find out clients' problems, concerns and needs and give clients accurate and proper solutions;
Note down the necessary information and transfer client cases to the relevant departments in for further process when necessary and keep following with the cases until they are properly handled for the clients.
Contact and give feedbacks to clients when the cases are handled.- Collaborate with other departments to improve the effectiveness of the customer care and services quality.
Have basic sales abilities to interact with clients and maintain good relationships;- Continuously participate in the company's various trainings to improve skills;
Perform other tasks as directed by the team head.
Qualifications:
1.College degree or above;
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year of working experience in customer service position, candidate who worked in financial industry, especially online lending field is preferable;
Good communication skills, strong problem solving and pressure handling skills;
Team working, fast learning, proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
